Questions on some tiny details

Post by Uncle Entity »

If you can, answer me. Thank you so much!

1- Max's shirt... what's the real color? Grey? Brown? I perceive it as being brown.

2- When Max escapes from the War Boys in the "Underworld", and he opens the door and see the Citadel's aerial view... is it me or you can see some green spots here and there? Where are they located? At the bottom of the Citadel?

3- While Max is rotating on the pole. Can we viewers see his shoulder pad (right side or left side) and is Max at the very top of the screen (while rotating) when the Tanker explodes?

Thank you so much, I cannot rewatch the BD unfortunately.

1 - Khaki
2 - There's no greenery at the bottom of The Citadel. There's only some green on the sides of the tower to the left of the main one and on top of the main tower.
3 - Yeah you can see his shoulder pad and it's on his right shoulder. No, Max isn't at the very top of the frame in that shot, he swings by in the middle.

I'd love a detailed map or breakdown of the Citadel.

Ah ok. I thought he meant just the shot where he almost falls out of the tower.

What a shot, you got to love the insane amount of detail.

Eh. I thought the CGI in some of the external citadel shots didn't make it look all that realistic, and it kinda took me out of the movie during those bits. Tis a shame they couldn't film those scenes on location somewhere using less digital enhancement.

I remember an abandoned mine in South Australia was proposed as one of shooting locations back when they were going to film in country. That might've worked better.

Yeah, the Citadel stuff took me out the movie too. I do like the concept though, a post apocalyptic ivory tower.

The Citadel was amazing and looked amazing, I just wanted more of it. I thought the FX were superb in making it a cinematic reality.
