It wouldn't look exactly the same as an official release, but it's quite easy to do so there will definitely be fan made black & white versions soon.
Yeah I figured a fan made black/white version will eventually be released online but it would be nice if we could find out the real reason on why it's not included with the physical dvd/blu ray release.
Fan made black & white and silent trailer. Not sure if they intend to do a full black & white version but since it'd be illegal to release it they probably wouldn't do it out in the open like this :).

The maker of that video really liked the farty synth drop sound, doesn't he?

Apart from that, it was nicely done :)

Two behind the scenes featurettes, I believe they're from the Blu Ray release.

Watch them now and grab them quick because something tells me they'll be gone in a nanosecond:

Behind The Scenes: Mad Max Fury Road
Behind The Scenes: Cars: Mad Max Fury Road

And some more:
Stunts, Raw Footage

EDIT: fixed links

Those first two point to the same video ;)

Very cool though, and interesting that they use the same slow-motion cameras that I get to play with at work (which cost about £40k each)

I have to admit, I thought the collision between the War Rig and the Speaker Truck was CGI because it had that "fake" look about it. I guess it has something to do with the slo-mo and whatever they did to the scene in post. Nice to see it was all practical.

My jaw was on the floor looking at the raw footage! In some places its more insane than the actual film.

Also anybody spot the Mad Max 1 coloured Intercetor?

The People Eater's truck exploding is eerily beautiful.

One word: STUNNING !!!

The explosion of People Eaters truck is the best I've seen in my hole life. No joke.
I thought it was partly CGI but look at this...

Thanks :)

The love that went into all the cars is amazing ... they could spend 10 minutes doing a tour of every single car and still not touch on everything!

There are so many little details I didn't pick up on. I'm only glancing at a minute or two of each video. I want to witness these videos on my couch at home.

I would pay a lot of money to see the movie done in different angles to the original.
