"UNDERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" is how far you take the fence with you.

it is like that scene where Goose gives the guy the get out of jail free card, cops are curious and if your car has a bunch of stickers or something unusual, or just a cool car, the cops just might pull you over to get a chance to check it out.
