Awesome!
I just asked Karol on madmaxcostumes's facebook page the other day for the templates they used because the link was busted. I'll give these a shot too
Thanks!

Yeah, no problem. I bumped it because someone else asked me about it, I didn't want it to get lost. They should print out correct, I tested it on my printer and it worked fine.

Re: Mad Max Shoulderpad - the advanced tutorial
what did you end up using for the foam part of the pad? im seeing conflicting information about l-200 foam, some places link to one thing some to a different one.
Re: Mad Max Shoulderpad - the advanced tutorial
I got my foam piece from Max Replica, it appears to be a type of closed cell (won't absorb water) foam. Possibly 3/8" to 1/2" polyethylene or something similar, flexible but dense. You probably wont find it at a fabric store, you'll have to find a store that sells foam. The stuff MR used was a off -white in color.

Re: Mad Max Shoulderpad - the advanced tutorial
what did you end up using for the leather straps?
im looking at 1/2" and 5/8" latigo strap for the boot belt part of the shoulder pad and i cant seem to find anything 3/4" for the shoulder pad's strap, unless that's swapped out to use 1/2" strap too or it's 1"; though on madmaxcostumes.com it looks like their 1" strap may be a bit too wide for the slots of the shoulder pad.
im finding conflicting information for the rossiter boot strap's width all over, 1cm, 1.5 cm, 1.6 cm. it's all over the place, nothing consistent or definitive. i've tried contacting karol on madmaxcostumes' facebook but no dice. :/

I used 1" for the plate and 3/4" for the pad. I also saw that Mcmaster Carr carries foam in case you can't find any locally.
