Goose Bike Replica using Mad Max Cars Kit

Post by MFP1 »

I just saw this pop up on the Mad Max Cars website in their client gallery. I have heard many folks looking to see finished results using the MMC Goose Fiberglass kit, Windscreen, Decals etc; so here it is.
Looks freakin' Smashing to me! Good Job Bud!
There appears to be no information in the listing yet, just a bunch of pix, but Ill wager that will be rectified soon. Check it out:

Wonder if it's Jake's bike?

I have a photo somewhere with me sitting on that bike with my ankle in a cast.

I kid you not.

The gallery listing said the builder/owner's name is "Bud". Im not sure if Jake used the Mad Max Cars kit, but he seems to choose quality stuff for his builds so it makes sense.
Care to chime in Officer Dark?
Ankle, post the pic, sounds choice!

Nice BIKE! Good job officer Dark! Not the MMC kit though, from some of the subtle differences to the
MMC & original ones, I would say this is the MK2 version, or based on it instead of the MK1. The downward pointing (rather that straight) handlebar pockets are one of the more noticeable features that denotes the MK2 & 3 version.
& thanks for sharing Ankle!

Hi everybody !

Located in south of France, artist painter, i'm proud to show you my MFP 1100 evolution.

A desire first of all, that which must motivate any creation, that also to roll different and then to place my paw on another support.

This «evolution» of the Max 'friend MFP motorcycle took me an incredible design time... But the result is there.
Build from a copy from "La parisienne" from the original kit in Australia (not US) it's :
More imposing than any replica based on zephyr 1100 Kawasaki, with its raised fairing, more aggressive in its black livery "Interceptor", more thunderous with its mega siren and police flashlights (disconnectable in road use), there are plenty of other artistics and modern details that I brought there.

It is numbered and signed. (and for sale ;) 8-) ).Unique : I'll not buid another one.
