Can anyone tell me if they know the best way to build the engine so that you can turn the Blower on and off?

First, depending on what type of car you have, you may want to check and see if you have a carburetor belt, if so you can hook directly into that. If not then you can use your Hydro-Spanners and release the intake valve bremahator. Either one of these will work and you can get up to 1,000hp from a small four cylinder engine. Then you can simply use a push-button switch to turn the supercharger/blower on and off. All of this will cost about $20 american, and can be installed within minutes. Once that is done, rotate the air in your tires for maximum traction.
