Mechanical advice?
I'm replacing a flat battery in my XC V8. But it hasn't been "kicked in the guts" for about 2-3 months. Any precautions I should take before turning that key? Car is in good mechanical condition otherwise.

XC Sedan 351 for sale in Sydney
Unfortunately I have to sell my Falcon. $100 a week in fuel to get to my new job is killing me! It's in excellent nick mechanically (hell, I was driving 600 km a week to work and back!) but the original paint job is showing its age. For more info and pics, email me on [url]mailto:mwb@ihug.com.au[/u...

Where is Max?
<t>My question was about in terms of the movie.

I agree with Dave H, that is was at the meeting point.

Because if Max is left with Papagallo's vehicle, how did Gyro and the Feral Kid get to the bus? 200+ miles on a clapped out gyro that can't fly? Where is Max?
<t>

Here's a question I think I know the answer to, but I'd like to see what others think first.

At the end of Mad Max 2/Road Warrior, Max is left standing, being watched by the Feral Kid out the back window of the schoolbus as it pulls away with the Gyro Captain at the w...

MM3 was Americanized
<t>I think the Americanisation began with the first film. On the stairwell chatting with Fifi, Max says "crap!" I don't think that was such a common expression in Australia in the 70s. An Aussie would be more likely to say "bullsh*t" or "bull", even today.

And in MM2/Road Warrior, M...
