I get that all the time when I'm at work, but never at home, so I am guessing it has something to do with the firewalls and not necessarily the site.
That's just my guess.

Another option might be to find a laptop with a BR drive, as their region code can be changed a minimum number of times.
Not that I would ever condone unlawful behavior, but enterprising individuals can find a way around region coding.
