I've seen the photos of his car floating around for ages, and I finally saw his videos. Hell of a car, for sure. Does he hang around here? I'd like to get some info on his blower/scoop setup, assuming it's all functioning.

I agree with you on the most recognizable parts of the Interceptor, except for the XB coupe part. That's another possibility. If you think about it, the Black-on-Black is similar to the King Cobra Torino, or the Daytona/Superbird, just with a different intended purpose.
