Mad Max 2 35mm Print at the Prince Charles London
So finally, again after a few years, the famous Prince Charles Cinema is showing its original 1982 35mm print of Mad Max 2. Seen it once before in an all nighter 1982 sci fi marathon on a small screen. Loved the print in all its scratches and colour fades, goes so well with the style of the movie. G...

Re: Deleted scene. Where was this footage shown?
We can see the color footage of that shot in a special trailer edited for distributors in 1979. I saw that video once, but I don't have any copy... so I can't be 100% affirmative, but I'm pretty sure about that.% The Max by the river still is from another shot and it's a picture of the shooting. Ch...

'Rollin' Into The Night' Mad Max Japanese End Credits
So apparently, in 1979, the Japanese and their love for this film led to them including an end credits song to the original 1979 film. I had never heard of this until now looking for the original Mad Max Japanese Trailer, but here it is and it sounds like something they would totally do. Its interes...

Deleted scene. Where was this footage shown?
Okay, so its common knowledge to fans this scene was filmed and like 2 seconds appeared of it in the opening montage of Mad Max 2. But there are coloured poor quality stills taken directly from the scene itself which is more than shown in Mad Max 2. Where did this footage come from? I take it, given...

Re: Mad Max Trivia Quiz: Level Ultra Hard
I was with it for a while. Went great on all the MM 1 questions as I recently read up. However I found the "How many Falcons were in MM 2" which I got wrong a loaded question. I found it a cheat because it says "1 Interceptor (Though I would argue its a Pursuit Special) and the Red XA...

Need confirmation on some details
I need some confirmation as I am doing a project on Mad Max and I do not have access to my issue of AMC Magazine issue featuring the Pursuit Special and interview with Murray Smith where he talks about the scene where we hear Max in his Yellow Interceptor getting ready for the head-on collision with...

Who else thinks...
I often thought while watching this, that the singer at the Cabernet that Goose picks up (or she picks him up, depending how you look at it) I wonder if she was a set up by the Toecutter or if she really just wanted to sleep with the Goose? I think she may have been a set up as it works better for J...

Road War The Making of The Road Warrior
Okay, so I only recently found out of this doc's exsitance, though I am sure I might have read about it before it came out in 2016. Does anyone know where I can get a copy from. Typed it into google and does not appear on itunes or Amazon. I saw that there is some extra behind the scenes Mad Max 2 f...

Re: Max's reflexes in 1979's "Mad Max"
YEAH..... but I was talking about the first movie . Don't forget when he avoided the head-on collision with the truck at the end which kills the Toe Cutter. You can only see it in one frame of film, but he swerves off the road onto the dirt and misses the truck. That was perhaps one of the best exa...
