Re: Max's "madness" addressed in the original trilogy
I recon there are some very subtle hints to Max's madness in Mas Max 2, even if not scripted or spoken....they were definitely addressed. * The weird little twitch he does while turning the music box for the 1st time, whilst unmoved by the carnage of the opening scene. *There is a real line between ...

1:24 scale Road Warrior Tanker
So I have long toyed with the idea of rebuilding my lost opening chase diorama ( see thread of same name ) but struggled with the notion of repetitive modelling so decided to build the truck as the tanker from the final chase scene . The R.H.D dash is a custom build up from plasticard , The exhaust ...

Re: Captured Interceptor
Correct me if I'm wrong , but the first few photo's are of the wrecked Interceptor on set in Sydney where most of the citadel scenes were shot . The last shot is of the stunt car on set in Africa which makes me think they are not the same car. I thought all the wrecks were sold or crushed in Africa ...

Re: 1/14th RC tanker
Outstanding!!!! It has everything....your rust weathering is awesome . 2 Questions , both probably dumb...but does it run ?(love to see video link) and is there a tiny feral kid on the passenger floor? if not i was thinking the N2 toys action figure version would be pretty close to scale ( perhaps a...

DDA 1:18 scale yellow interceptor
Anyone else spotted this ? http://www.hoolagator.com.au/?product=dda012-1974-mfp-508-first-of-the-interceptors-118th-xb-v8-ford-falcon I spotted while shopping for another 1:18 greenlight interceptor as a base model to build a razor cola . Available 3rd quarter of 2018 , about $US150 but i'm sure it...

Re: V8 Interceptor Fuel Tank Capacity
wow......I've never thought to scale up the volume off the Model. the Aoshima tanks are proportionally smaller than the ones in the Autoart version which i would assume to be more accurate if the other features are anything to go by . All that said though , the fuel gauge in the film only goes up to...
