Re: Furiosa artbooks

Mark Sexton didn't have anything positive to say about art books or similar promotional products. Haven’t had any discussions about comics with George - who knows if there’s anyone doing an Art of Furiosa - I suspect there’s no-one there in the KMM office who’d be championing anything like that! No...

Re: Furiosa artbooks

As of now there are no Furiosa related books announced. Titan Books and Insight Editions usually handle the Warner Bros. liscensed material. Coincidently no advance notice of the soundtrack release either while most OST's are marketed close to their film origin release so maybe something will drop ...

Furiosa artbooks

Do you know if there will be artbooks for the Furiosa movie? In 2015 "The Art of Mad Max: Fury Road" and "Inspired Artists" were fine additions to the release of the fourth movie. Thanks!

Re: The Wasteland

I'm very interrested in a Mad Max series, because it could expanse the lore in more than 2 hours. Besides, nowadays TV series have enormous budget, not unlike movies. So, practical and digital effects could be on top, and Miller could be allowed to tell all the remaining stories still in his head ab...

Re: Fury Road book being released this month

Thank you very much Taipan. It's interesting to think about a Mad Max tv series nowadays. Not a la Xena, but with more budget. A series of, say, 8 episodes. 8 hours in the Mad Max universe, it could be a fascinating experience.

Re: Fury Road book being released this month

Nobody reading this yet? Book has been great so far. Detailing the Mad Max TV show and tie in toys to a writer getting fired from Fury Road because he couldn't stand Brendan. I'm on the Mel chapter now. Hello there. What kind of information do we have on the tv series? In the 90's, I was very intri...

Waw... great vid Taipan! Like the first one you posted earlier. Too bad the Ancient Man scene was not in Fury Road: made more sense than the Glory one that ended up in the final cut of the movie. The twisted development of Thunderdome is also very interesting to know. Very enlightening on the creat...

Re: From The New York Times: An oral history of 'Fury Road'

No, just the last 3 months of the shoot. George Miller officially handed him over directorial duties, he even rough cut some action scenes because George had no idea where the actors should be or what the action even was. Actors didn't even want to deal with George in those last 3 months because he...
