Re: Gigahorse Dash
Thanks for the pic Philc, I knew I saw it there somewhere.
The amount of detail in this universe is amazing. Every film maker should be taking notes...

Re: Gigahorse Dash
I think it was a front on shot looking though the windscreen at Joe.
The badge would have been on the right hand side of the cluster, (from the drivers point of view, being LHD).
Need to watch it again to be sure.

Gigahorse Dash
I did a quick search, but couldn't find this.
Is that a MFP shield on the dash of the Gigahorse?
Sorry, but can't recall this being mentioned.

Exactly mate. His vehicle was gone when he rolled it at the start.Taipan wrote:Max's vehicle? Max doesn't even get to drive it!It's Razor Cola, that V8 Interceptor ship sailed long ago
He had nothing to do with the "reincarnation".

Re: The sawn-off shotgun in Fury Road
You can see Max's shotty hanging under his right arm in the opening shot of the film. Hard to spot, but it is there.
I assume the one Nux has is his.
It would have been empty like in MM2 when he gets captured, guess that's why he breaks it and checks before trying to blow Nux's hand off.

Re: Why the Fury Road universe is set in Australia
No doubt about it.
The "Give Way" sign as a shield on the bloke in the final chase is another, 'sign', that it is in Australia.
The badges on the dash of the Gigahorse too from memory. Falcon, Torana etc...
I want to watch it again!

Re: Classic lines
Not really a 'line' as such, but I loved Max's response after he asks Furiosa "where is this green place?"
After she answers "a hard days ride east", Max grunts and looks out the window - like he is saying "bullshit, but anyway".
If you blink, you miss it.
